I worked directly with Silvana on many lawsuits while she was a paralegal and then paralegal manager at Baker & Hostetler LLP. I always found her to be very intelligent, helpful and diligent. She had good legal skills and was interesting in learning. She worked well within a team and appeared to be likely by those she supervised. We miss her here. I would highly recommend her for a legal position.
