A. Silvana has been an unbelievable inspiration for me at work. She is focused, driven and a born motivator. As a boss, she both held my hand and kicked me in the behind when necessary. She has been a great asset to Baker & Hostetler and though we are sad to see her go, she will be a great asset wherever she lands.
